DUHAMIC-ADRI and IOM Rwanda organized a campaignat Ecole des Sciences de Musanze

On Saturday, 30 May 2026, at Ecole des Sciences de Musanze, DUHAMIC-ADRI and IOM Rwanda organized a campaign on "Enhancing Adaptation and Mitigation Capacities to Climate Change and Extreme Weather Events in Rwanda," bringing together students from Ecole des Sciences de Musanze and GS Musanze I.

The same campaign will be conducted in other 13 selected schools across Musanze and Gakenke Districts with the target to reach 10,000 students with the objective of equipping students to become change agents in environmental protection, disaster risk reduction, eroaion control and the promotion of clean energy within their schools and communities.

The project is implemented by DUHAMIC-ADRI in partnership with IOM Rwanda and Rwanda Environment Management Authority REMA, with funding from the Government of Japan.
