DUHAMIC-ADRI hosted Emmanuel K. from the TROCAIRE DRC Office

On 19th March 2026, DUHAMIC-ADRI  hosted a delegation from Trócaire Rwanda, together with Emmanuel K. from the TROCAIRE  DRC Office, who is visiting the Rwanda Country Office as part of a learning exchange on the Partner Capacity Assessment and Support (PCAS) process.

The team learned more about DUHAMIC-ADRI’s PCAS journey with Trócaire, experience with the PCAS process, key learnings, challenges and benefits of the PCAS process and the implementation of related capacity strengthening plan.

The PCAS process is positioned as a strategic foundation for organizational growth, rather than merely a compliance exercise and is implemented by Trócaire Rwanda in collaboration with its partner organizations.
